The Hispanic Contractors Association of the Carolinas (HCAC) is a nonprofit 501 (c) 6 established in 2006 to address the needs of Hispanic contractors in North and South Carolina. To achieve its objectives, HCAC provides members with valuable services in the areas of education & training, job opportunities, business and networking events, consulting and advocacy. HCAC's membership includes general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, equipment suppliers, and corporations connected to the industry.
The HCAC is dedicated to promoting long-term success, economic growth, and expansion of its member’s careers and businesses. We are committed to providing educational and business development resources to help Hispanic contractors reach their potential in the construction industry.
We aim to achieve equitable leadership participation and inclusion of Hispanic-owned construction businesses, as well as all minorities in the construction industry. HCAC works closely and collaborates with other trade organizations and entities, towards the goal of including our professionals in the labor market.
Our mission is to provide the necessary resources to ensure the continued progress of our members while promoting the long-term success of Hispanic-owned construction businesses in the Carolinas.
HCAC will be a solid organization, supported by its members. Our organization will establish itself as the first source of education, business opportunities, and guidance that will support the growth and development of the Hispanic construction community in the Carolinas.
