Our amazing team of Board of Directors and staff is comprised of industry leaders who take an active part in the advancement of the Hispanic construction community and closely works to position the HCAC for success and continue developing new opportunities for its members.

Seeing the need of Hispanic contractors in the Carolinas, HCAC was formed to provide real support in their language and connect Hispanic contractors with larger projects. We've consistently grown since then,  providing professional development opportunities for the Hispanic construction community in the Carolinas.

We focus on providing the necessary resources to ensure the continued progress of our members while promoting the long-term success of Hispanic-owned construction businesses in North and South Carolina.
