The HCAC Construction Management Training program was designed by the Hispanic Contractors Association of the Carolinas (HCAC) to close the gap between GC expectations and what subs deliver. The program is specially tailored to teach contractors how to manage and work on commercial projects, and to do business with general contractors.
The CMT also helps contractors to connect and build their commercial network with 7 local general contractors.
It's a comprehensive program that consists of 22 hours of learning, divided into 7 modules: Solicitation, Estimating & Bidding, Contract Negotiation and Legal Aspects of Signing Contracts, Project Execution & Management, Growing your Business, Safety, and Leadership.
This is an excellent opportunity for minority subs to identify potential partners for upcoming projects, learn how to do business with them, and close the gap between GC expectations and what the minority subcontractors deliver to build a more professional construction industry.
The sessions will be hosted in Raleigh
Date: February 21st to March 21st, 2023
On Tuesday and Thursday
Time: 6:00 to 8:30 pm each session.
